Acceptance of terms
By creating a TapToBuy account or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form legally binding contracts.

Terms of Service
These terms describe the relationship between TapToBuy and the creators and shoppers who use our services.
Subscriptions, trials and cancellation
Plans: Creator costs $24/month or $229/year, and Creator Pro costs $79/month or $749/year, in US dollars, before any discount you apply at checkout. Every plan is a subscription that renews automatically, every month or every year, until you cancel. There is no minimum purchase.
Free trial: you add a card when you sign up. Your free trial lasts 30 days or until 3 days after your first completed sale, whichever comes first, and the card on file is charged for your plan when it ends. A completed sale is a paid storefront order from another customer: free orders don't count, and neither do purchases from your own store made with your TapToBuy account or billing email or with the card on file for your plan.
Trial end date and reminders: checkout shows the exact date and time (in UTC) your trial ends at the latest (30 days after you open checkout), and the confirmation email repeats it; cancel before your trial ends and you are never charged. If you haven't made a completed sale by then, we email you a reminder 3 days before your trial ends (on day 27). If your first completed sale comes first, we email you at that sale, and your trial ends 3 days later (or at day 30, if that is sooner), when your card is charged unless you cancel before then; the email gives the exact date and what we will charge.
One free trial per card: if the card you add has already had a TapToBuy free trial, there is no trial and your plan is charged at signup.
Renewals and price changes: each renewal is charged at the then-current price of your plan. We email you at least 7 and no more than 30 days before a price change takes effect. On a yearly plan, we also email you a reminder before each renewal.
Cancelling: cancel anytime in Dashboard → Billing (/dashboard/billing). Cancelling stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period; there are no refunds for partial periods. If you cancel before your free trial ends, you are never charged.
Confirmations: after you sign up, we email you a confirmation of these subscription terms, including how to cancel, and we email you a confirmation when you cancel. Billing questions: hello+sales@taptobuy.io.
Creator obligations
Creators are responsible for the accuracy of storefront content, fulfillment of digital products, and compliance with payment and tax laws in their jurisdictions. Prohibited content includes illegal, infringing, or deceptive materials.
Platform usage
TapToBuy provides hosting, checkout, and analytics tooling on a best-effort basis. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the platform, violate laws, or impact service stability.
Liability
The service is provided “as is.” TapToBuy is not liable for lost revenue, indirect damages, or third-party failures. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid to TapToBuy in the previous three months.
